To Filter a BOQ Report by Equipment ID

BRCM now includes a BOQ report which returns results on Equipment with an Equipment ID. Without any further filtering, the report may appear as shown below:

The procedure below will detail how to define a filter to return results on a defined Equipment ID value.

  1. Select the Detail_BOQ_WithEquipID report.
  2. Select the Select Resources button and lock the resource files for the report.
  3. Click the Edit Report Template option.
  4. Click the Browse button in the Filter String field to display the Filter String Editor.
  5. Define the filter as required and click OK.
  6. Save the changes in the Report Designer and close it.
  7. Click on the Detail_BOQ_WithEquipID and click Preview to see the results.
    Note: This filtering process is currently only setup for this specific report (Detail_BOQ_WithEquipID).
